  • After selecting “Is owner”, your ownership will be transferred to the new account andthenew owner will be notified. You may no longer be able to change sharing settings.

If you have other file formats on Google Drive, to transfer files from one Google Drive toanother, youneed to download a copy of your data or create an archive with GoogleTakeout as it's a service offered by Google to help users create archive of their dataso that itcan be transfered to other accounts with ease.
