C (Cpp) ERRerrorstring - 30 examples found. These are the top rated real world C (Cpp) examples of ERRerrorstring extracted from open source projects. You can rate examples to help us improve the quality of examples. ERRerrorstringngenerates a human-readable string representing packederror, places it at buf, and returns buf. It writes at most lenbytes (including the terminating NUL) and truncates the string if necessary. If lenis greater than zero then bufis always NUL. System component logs record events happening in cluster, which can be very useful for debugging. You can configure log verbosity to see more or less detail. Logs can be as coarse-grained as showing errors within a component, or as fine-grained as showing step-by-step traces of events (like HTTP access logs, pod state changes, controller actions, or scheduler decisions). Klog klog is the. Well organized and easy to understand Web building tutorials with lots of examples of how to use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, Python, Bootstrap, Java and XML. ERR_error_string, ERR_error_string_n, ERR_lib_error_string,ERR_func_error_string, ERR_reason_error_string - obtain human-readableerror message

ERR_error_string() generates a human-readable string representing theerror code e, and places it at buf. buf must be at least 120bytes long. If buf is NULL, the error string is placed in astatic buffer.ERR_error_string_n() is a variant of ERR_error_string() that writesat most len characters (including the terminating 0)and truncates the string if necessary. For ERR_error_string_n(), buf may not be NULL.

The string will have the following format:

error code is an 8 digit hexadecimal number, library name, function name and reason string are ASCII text.

ERR_lib_error_string(), ERR_func_error_string() andERR_reason_error_string() return the library name, functionname and reason string respectively.

The OpenSSL error strings should be loaded by callingERR_load_crypto_strings(3) or, for SSLapplications, SSL_load_error_strings(3)first.If there is no text string registered for the given error code, the error string will contain the numeric code.

ERR_print_errors(3) can be used to printall error codes currently in the queue.

ERR_error_string() returns a pointer to a static buffer containing thestring if bufNULL, buf otherwise.

ERR_lib_error_string(), ERR_func_error_string() andERR_reason_error_string() return the strings, and NULL ifnone is registered for the error code.

err(3), ERR_get_error(3),ERR_load_crypto_strings(3),SSL_load_error_strings(3)ERR_print_errors(3)

ERR_error_string() is available in all versions of SSLeay and OpenSSL.ERR_error_string_n() was added in OpenSSL 0.9.6.

err, verr, errx, verrx, warn, vwarn, warnx, vwarnx - formatted error messages

The err() and warn() family of functions display a formatted error message on the standard error output. In all cases, the last component ofthe program name, a colon character, and a space are output. If the fmt argument is not NULL, the printf(3)-like formatted error message isoutput. The output is terminated by a newline character.

The err(), verr(), warn(), and vwarn() functions append an error message obtained from strerror(3) based on the globalvariable errno, preceded by another colon and space unless the fmt argument is NULL.

The errx() and warnx() functions do not append an error message.

The err(), verr(), errx(), and verrx() functions do not return, but exit with the value of the argumenteval.

These functions are nonstandard BSD extensions.

Display the current errno information string and exit:
